RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

TO BLOCK ROOMS:

  • IF THE RESERVATION IS FOR ONE NIGHT, PAYMENT OF THE TOTAL HODPING IS REQUIRED.
  • IF THE RESERVATION IS FOR MORE THAN ONE NIGHT, AT LEAST HALF OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE RESERVATION IS REQUIRED.
  • THE TOTAL PAYMENT FOR THE RESERVATION MUST BE COVERED AT THE TIME OF ENTRY TO THE HOTEL.
  • EVERY CHILD OVER 5 YEARS OLD PAYS ACCOMMODATION.
  • THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE CHILD WHO DOES NOT PAY FOR ACCOMMODATION (UNDER 5 YEARS OLD) PER ROOM. IF THERE ARE TWO CHILDREN UNDER 5 YEARS OLD, ONE MUST PAY.
  • IF YOU WANT TO MAKE AN INCREASE IN THE ROOMS RESERVED, SUCH INCREASE WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF ROOMS IN THE HOTEL.

FOR DECREASES IN THE NUMBER OF ROOMS THEN CAN BE DONE:

  • NO COST IF THIS IS DONE BEFORE THREE WEEKS OF THE DATE OF ENTRY INTO THE HOTEL.
  • BETWEEN ONE AND THREE WEEKS, 50% OF THE COST OF CANCELED ROOMS WILL BE CHARGED.
  • CANCELED ROOMS MUST BE PAID WITH LESS THAN A WEEK.
  • FOR RESERVATIONS MADE WITH “OTHER” (ON LINE TRAVEL AGENCIES) THE RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS ARE THOSE INDICATED BY THESE AGENCIES.

RETURN OF DEPOSITS FOR RESERVATIONS:

  • FOR GROUPS THAT DO NOT SHOW UP ON THE DAY OF THEIR RESERVATION, NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN.
  • FOR CANCELLATIONS WITH LESS THAN ONE WEEK, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. THE ONLY THING THAT CAN BE DONE IS TO LEAVE THE DEPOSIT FOR A NEW RESERVATION WHICH LIMIT DATE OF ENTRY INTO THE HOTEL WILL BE 6 MONTHS FROM THE ENTRY DATE OF THE CANCELED RESERVATION. SUCH NEW RESERVATION WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF THE HOTEL.
  • FOR CANCELLATIONS WITH LESS THAN THREE WEEKS, 50 PERCENT OF THE DEPOSIT CAN BE RETURNED, OR THE DEPOSIT CAN BE LEFT FOR A NEW RESERVATION WHICH LIMIT DATE OF ENTRY INTO THE HOTEL WILL BE 6 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF ENTRY OF THE RESERVATION CANCELLED. SUCH NEW RESERVATION WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF THE HOTEL.
  • WITH MORE THAN THREE WEEKS IN ADVANCE, REFUNDS CAN BE MADE AND ONLY 5% WILL BE WITHHELD AS RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION PROCESSING COSTS.

ONCE YOU HAVE ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL (FOR INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS AND DIRECT ARRIVALS AT THE HOTEL):

  • YOU HAVE A PERIOD OF 30 MINUTES TO EXPRESS ANY DISCONFORMITY WITH THE ROOM IN ORDER TO HAVE A ROOM CHANGED OR TO REQUEST A RETURN OF THE AMOUNT OF THE ROOM. TO REQUEST A RETURN, SOME OBJECTIVE CAUSE IS REQUIRED FOR WHICH THERE IS NOT THEY STAY IN THE ROOM, LIKE:
    • THE NON-WORKING OF SOME SYSTEM IN THE ROOM (WATER, LIGHT, TELEVISION, LOCK, BATHROOM) BAD CONDITION OF THE ROOM (FURNITURE, DOOR, BROKEN GLASS)
    • WHEN ANY OF THIS HAPPENS THE GUEST WILL BE OFFERED AN EXCHANGE TO A ROOM THAT IS IN OPTIMAL CONDITION. IF THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE, THE RETURN WILL BE MADE.
  • AFTER 30 MINUTES FROM ENTERING THE ROOM THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
  • IF A RETURN IS ACCEPTED AND PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE BY CARD, IF THE RETURN IS REQUESTED ON THE SAME DAY OF PAYMENT, THE SALE WILL BE CANCELED AT THE POINT OF SALE TERMINAL. IF THE RETURN IS REQUESTED ON A DIFFERENT DATE FROM THE DAY OF PAYMENT AND AS THE RETURN CAN NO LONGER BE MADE AT THE POINT OF SALE TERMINAL, THE RETURN WILL BE MADE BUT A 5% WILL BE DISCOUNTED FOR THE CARD COMMISSION SINCE THE COMMISSION THE HOTEL WILL HAVE ALREADY PAID.
